Remove an Address Template

How to Remove a Address Template. 

   You can remove a Address Template in Administration / Address Template menu.

This document will focus on how "Remove" an existing Address Template from the Administration / Address Template menu.

In order to "Remove" a Address Template, first locate the Address Template that is to be removed. This can be done by using the Filters supplied in the Administration / Address Template menu.

In this case the Address Template is called "test1234".

Click on the Address Template to highlight it.

Click the  button, located in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Highlighted above. 

A "Confirmation Screen" will appear before the Address Template is removed. 

Click the  button to confirm that the Address Template be removed. 

(Optionally) Click the  button to cancel removing the Address Template.

You have now successfully removed a Address Template from the system.

NOTE: It is best practice to double-check the Address Template that has been removed. To do this simply:

- Go to the Administration / Audit menu.

- From there you can see whether the Address Template has been removed successfully.

- Example:

In Summary

- Select the Address Template to be removed using the Filters.

- Select the  button to remove the Address Template.

- Click the  button to confirm the removal of the Address Template.

- (Optionally) Click the  button to cancel any changes made to the Address Template. 

- Go to the Administration / Audit menu to confirm the Address Template has been removed successfully.
