Removing a Product
How to Remove a Product.
You can remove a Product in Administration / Product menu.
This document will focus on how "Remove" an existing Product from the Administration / Product menu.
In order to "Remove" a Product, first locate the Product that is to be removed. This can be done by using the Filters supplied in the Administration / Product menu.
In this case the Product is called "test1234".
Click on the Product to highlight it.
Click the
button, located in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Highlighted above.A "Confirmation Screen" will appear before the Product is removed.
Click the
button to confirm that the Product be removed.(Optionally) Click the
button to cancel removing the Product.You have now successfully removed a Product from the system.
NOTE: It is best practice to double-check the Product that has been removed. To do this simply:
- Go to the Administration / Audit menu.
- From there you can see whether the Product has been removed successfully.

In Summary
- Select the Product to be removed using the Filters.
- Select the
button to remove the Product.- Click the
button to confirm the removal of the Product.- (Optionally) Click the
button to cancel any changes made to the Customer.- Go to the Administration / Audit menu to confirm the Product has been removed successfully.
