Shipping Batch bookings

Create multiple bookings without using integration 

select radial button on bottom right of booking screen (see image on the right)

Once the multiple booking have been created You should have something like the below image 

Once created select the booking by ticking the boxes 

Select batch booking button on top of the screen  (See image above)

Once pressed you will see a pop display on screen saying

"Booking (s) have been requested. 

It can take some seconds to be integrated by stratum Shipping service."

Select OK and you should see status changed to requested and the integration column will have a blue arrow symbol 

(See image on the right) 

After 20 - 30 seconds the shipping jobs should change to booked. 

If The shipping company did not accept the booking request

you can change the details and try again

To do this go into the booking at the bottom of the job change the radial button back to don't use integration, save and  reopen job

this will now allow you to change the details for the shipping 

once changed you can then repeat earlier steps for batch bookings or select use integration to do single bookings 

If there was an error with the booking it will stay on the requested screen but the text will be highlighted now in red

There will also be a yellow warning symbol

hovering the mouse over this will display a tool tip as to why the booking was not accepted 

common error  "The shipping company did not accept the booking request"
